Grindeys recently completed a house purchase for me and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The whole experience was hassle free, almost entirely done online (my choice) or over the phone. I found Grindeys provided a very professional service, both Eileen and Dawn have excellent communication skills and I always felt reassured that the matter was being dealt with correctly. Just finishing a remortgage via Grindeys. Samuel Allen was our case manager and have found the service efficient, even though we had to procure more documents than first thought we found the whole process agreeable. In response to previous reviewers, it was at times tricky to contact grindeys via telephone however all our email correspondence was quickly replied to.

I was recommended Grindeys by my mortgage adviser, after reading the reviews on here about being slow and unhelpful I was a bit worried. Thankfully my experience was great, emails were always swiftly replied (usually within 15 mins during work hours) and I was always kept upto speed with the progress of my house purchase. Start to finish was very swift. I had Gemma and Rachel, and would recommend them to friends and use again if I found myself back in the property market.

The quality of the service really depends on who you get. The case manager was very good, but then came up with the other person. The process then become very bad - poor communication - keep asking the documents that we sent already and giving us mis-match information. It was very annoying.
