Thursday the 6 of May at 6pm we received an email stating that my wife had list the right to stay in the country as her biometric card had expired, we had filled out paperwork and sent it into HMRC and was just thinking it was a formality’s how wrong we were, we had not filled the correct paperwork to be regarded as an application so basically as of Thursday 6th of may we had to file by Saturday the 8th of May or that would be it ? My wife would be on a plane out the country !!!! We got intouch with ZR visas and immigration at 6:30pm on the 6th of May, they contacted us at 8:30pm on May the 6th from that point we were in safe hands. Naveed explained the situation was and that the visa ran out on April 25th so to be within the 14day requirements to file it meant the application to extend the spousal visa had be submitted by the 8th of May, From this point Naveed worked tirelessly to make it happen for us, we were still exchanging emails at 10:30pm on Friday the 7th of May after he had started correspondence at 8:30 am that morning and followed up the next day at 8:30am this is now Saturday the 8th of May, Naveed submitted our application by 12:00 pm on Saturday the 8th of May keeping us within the 14 day grace period. This is by far the best service i have ever received in any situation , he went beyond our wildest expectations and to expect someone to be so diligent and hard working would be just unreasonable, We cannot praise his services enough because of Naveed we feel confident that we now have a chance. He is personable and supportive along with being very knowledgeable on the subject matter.
