We used carter - read - and dove for the sale and purchase of our property. 100 per cent happy with all aspects of the service they provided they could not help us enough after starting our sale and purchase with another Solicitor recommended by our estate agent and getting a poor service or as it felt no service,so we changed to carter read and dove and wow what a difference it made to our move as we knew what and when anything happened we were kept informed. Also upon our completion and the day of our move and days after they were still acting upon our behalf as the previous sellers had left contents at the property that should have been moved. Hardepp from carter read and dove had this sorted with in less than 2 days. We would very highly recommend this Solicitors and would use them again if need to.

Sold house through CRD September 2019. Process only took 5 weeks. Moved in with daughter while we looked for new home. Finally found property in February 2020 and despite Coronavirus and lockdown we moved into our seaside bungalow on 01 May 2020. Without the continuing and unrelenting support of Vivienne(Hayward), Anne (Butterworth) and Bob (Carter) during this crisis there is no way the exchange and completion would have taken place.
