A. B.Cant reccomend this company enough. We have just completed the purchase of our first purchased home. The team at donn & co have been great from the beginning. Everything was straight forward with constant updates either by emails, calls or the online portal.
Sharon Petford who took over our purchase during the covid 19 pandemic. This lady was so responsive even through this. On the completion day she was struggling to get one final form to complete. She rang me and told me what to do to try hurry this up. Within about 40minutes of me making a call to another company to get this form to her, we had a notification that the keys were able to be released.
People are so quick to review to complain but not enough people who have good service review. That in mind I hope my experience/ review helps others to decide to use Donn & do.
