B. W.I would highly recommend Penderlaw Solicitors. Having previously used Penderlaw as a family for our Wills, as well as for conveyancing, we returned to them to request assistance in applying for Probate and the administration of Mum’s Estate after she passed away suddenly last year.
Amy Davis and her team were very helpful and reassuring, taking away part of the enormous stress during these extremely difficult months.
I will definitely use their services again in the future if I need them as Lucy was very friendly and knowledgeable when advising us with our Wills, Demelza was really efficient and reassuring with conveyancing and Amy and her team were supportive and understanding during probate whilst we battled through the hardest months.

b. b.Buying and Selling in the current climate and in the wake of Covid is extremely stressful, especially as it seems everyone in this position is facing long delays in the process, and I think it's fair to say that most people find it difficult to get through to solicitors just as it's difficult to get a gp appointment. It's just par for the course at present with all the difficulties facing both businesses and the NHS. But overall we have been very pleased with the service from Penderlaw. Our purchase was complex but Claire Gummow was extremely skilled and efficient at sorting it out and then incredibly kind and thoughtful when we had to pull out. Dale was always willing to give updates at how things were progressing. Claire, Dale and the other staff members were highly professional, thoughtful and willing to go the extra mile to meet the dates we wanted.
