Used them for my claim when a car hit me on my bike in 2019. Claim took a while due to covid and having to get a medical examination. The solicitors did well the only thing that let it down was when they tried to contact me but due to work was unavailable, so tried to call but no answer so left voicemail and email to give me a call on a set date and times available but had no call. Other than that, all was good.
