Always get extremely anxious talking to companies like this as I have had bad experiences with them in the past. However Restons were extremely helpful and understanding, call handler was patient and listened to me. By the end of the call I felt calm but also relieved I've finally have a plan in place to get back on track with my finances.

This was my first ever debt and restons handled it amazingly to be honest, they helped me set up a affordable payment plan and that off which i stuck to for the past 3 years and a few week ago i made my final payment towards it and now im debt free!
There were even points within that 3 year where i due to my living situation i couldnt pay for a month or two but i rang them up and told them and they where really understanding and put my account on hold for 2 month
No one likes paying debts they have caused from the past but restons made it a managable experince fair play

I use these guys and girls it’s never easy when you owe money to anybody but these guys and girls talk to like a person and not reading from a text book they understand and help you work out a repayment plan that works for you once I have paid the money back it’s finished with but I do hope I don’t find my self in this spot again but if I was too these guys and girls are all doing a fantastic job it’s hard but at least they listen to you and understand so thank you once again restons 100/100 stars Glen

As these companies go (a very different argument) they're very understanding and work intelligently. Rather than the more aggressive approach most of these companies adopt, it's very much a soft, understanding approach. The call handler was particularly professional, knowledgeable yet approachable (despite her choice in career) and did make the whole situation a lot more palatable on the whole. If they sold flowers for the poor, I'd happily give 5 stars

Other people put bad review because they put there self in a bad predicament but I must say if you didn't want it to get to this stage you should never ignore your bills I learnt the hard way, I put my hand up i been there not easy but if you make this priority just like your rent then you would find that restons isn't as bad as people make it out to be but I can say, I make sure that I don't fall back in that trap ever again....
Thanks restons but you are abit sharp with your words but sure people will pay when they find out your not like other debt collector what forget about the account after 2 weeks but least that's me finish and free from court action..
Can say they did help me out a little but most of it done with my effort.
