Someone crash into our car, our insurance company RAC said they could not get a response from the 3d party insurers and we were asked to try and get a response. Also our insurers did not ask us for photos of our vehicle and if it was safe to drive. So enough was enough. I found Stocalfe Response. The lovely Lucy straight away asked for photos of our vehicle and told us it was not safe to drive Lucy also got the 3rd party insurers to admit liability and we had a hire car that day. Amazing Company to deal with, I would recommend them to anyone extremely quick and professional. Stocalfe Response you have an exceptional member of staff in Lucy. Lucy thank you.

Seamless service from start to finish. By using these guys I didn't have to go through my insurance so avoided paying my excess and incurring future costs. They put me in a great hire car similar to my own so I had everything I needed like enough room for my dogs. Handled my claim quickly and looked after me throughout. I dealt with Stocalf response for the 1st time after a no fault car accident. From initial contact,my car was collected and a hire car provided the very next day. Sian on the team kept in contact with me and answered any questions I had as it was the 1st time I have ever made a claim and was very nervous about the whole thing. Hello everyone, i had the misfortune of my vehicle being hit in the works car park by a fellow worker, he tried reversing in to the bay 3 times and hit my car. I never knew of the damage until 2-30pm when finishing my shift, when i first seen and witnessed the damage i was very shocked to say the least. The fellow worker did not report the accident and so my works had to get cctv and on my arrival home i had to get the insurance ball rolling. I dealt with Stocalfe Response Ltd who handled my claim against the driver and I have to say the gentleman that handled my claim from start to finish was Jonathon Lockett, i have to admit he was superb in every way, answering all my questions, putting me at ease, organising the courtesy vehicle, Jonathon was very good and myself having never had to go through insurance, he really helped me out. Jonathon was very helpful, professional, his detailed emails and keeping me informed was just brilliant and a great reassurance to me. His professionalism in obtaining the CCTV footage from my employers seem to take along time, this was my employer and not Jonathon as he was tirelessly trying to obtain the footage as to get my claim sorted and finalised. Well done Jonathon, you are a credit to yourself and to your employer Stocalfe Response Ltd.
