Andrew was extremely thorough, concise, understanding and helpful. If there were particular areas of law concerning my case which I did not understand, Andrew kindly explained in layman's terms without judging me, and also provided his own personal opinion. Just for the record I haven't used this company before and they came highly recommended by a friend. I first met with the company’s senior solicitor Mandeep Gill, who was wearing a tracksuit but who was also recovering from a very serious hand injury, and though he technically should have been home recovering he was at work, working. Just as a foot note, when Mandeep went to court he didn't turn up in a tracksuit. I've read a few comments about the tracksuit, it’s not an issue for me, I was there to speak to someone who could help me and who knew the law. From the outset ARKrights were very professional, they clearly know their area of law very very well, and they went beyond their duty to pull out all the stops in order to help me. My situation needed urgent attention, and although I didn't have finance in place they still did everything possible to accommodate me. As mentioned, this company really do know the law inside out, a lot of companies who have come up against ARKrights fear them, they have a reputation for being fierce and for not taking any nonsense, I even spoke to a friend of a friend who works at the borough council who said they dreaded receiving letters from them, as they made their jobs ten times as hard. I honestly couldn't agree more. In my books they are the law firm to go to, there’s no question about that.
