Alena, Georgette and the team were great but a special mention for Luckvinder as she worked so hard for us to be able to complete on both transactions in a super quick time, despite lots of hiccups from the chain along the way! From offer until completion on both properties was around 12 weeks. Luckvinder was informative, helpful and very hardworking. The communication was second to none, we had a text and an email whenever there was progress with our case. We will definitely be using WYM again and would recommend them to everyone.

I had some problems with a property I was trying to purchase and ended up escalating those to Senthuran. He handled the situation brilliantly, and responded very rapidly, talking to me to understand the situation and what I wanted, and then acting on my behalf. In retrospect, I wished I had involved him sooner in the process, but once I did, everything went perfectly.

G. R.Massive thanks to Naa and the rest of the team at WYM for getting my sale through in record time to meet the stamp duty deadline. 3 weeks to completion between my buyers first enquiries and for a leasehold property nonetheless and very reasonably priced.
An extra shout out for Naa who no matter how stressed I was when ringing her was calm and professional and helped to allay my worries.
M. H.WYM Legal are great, we dealt with numerous members throughout our transaction. Nancy, Georgette, Senthuran and Naa. They were all great and individually gave us confidence whenever we hit a brick wall due to problems within the chain. We were in direct contact with our vendor, their solicitor seemed to point fingers at WYM but email chains proved it was our sellers solicitor (and above) holding things up.
This is our first experience of being in a chain. I am a very impatient person (sorry Nancy and Georgette!!) but these are great! They do reply promptly and deal with ‘silly’ queries quickly (we were always asking question due to our inexperience). We got some excellent advice along the way. We can’t thank the team enough! They really pushed for the stamp duty deadline day and we looked on course but luckily it was extended (delays up the chain). Once again, thank you WYM!
