Fantastic service. I contacted Springhouse for some legal advice regarding my Enhanced Redundancy offer. A telephone appointment was arranged for the day after I made my enquiry. I was advised the documentation required so that I could have everything in place ahead of my appointment. The service I received by the legal adviser was friendly and informative. This advice enabled me to get back to my employer with a couple of corrections to the redundancy amount I had been offered. My employer corrected this which increased the offer amount.
