Ann-Marie helped my family draw up our Wills and Lasting Power of Attorneys. With her help it could not of been any easier. She is so helpful and puts you at ease straight away and nothing is to much trouble. Drawing up a will is not something we want to have to do but do not hesitate to do one with Ann-Marie, you will wonder why you didn’t do it earlier.

My father needed a Will amongst other things, he has health issues and had just lost his wife so it was a difficult and emotional time for him. Ann Marie went out of her way and made several trips to visit my father at his home to help him through the process. She conducted herself professionally and got the work done but we are most grateful for her kindness and compassion towards my father. We have an ongoing relationship still with Stanford and Ann Marie and when I have a question or inquiry, I get an immediate response. My partner and I contacted Stanford about getting our wills made. Paul was extremely friendly, proffessional and accommodating (one of us had been exposed to COVID and so we wanted to meet via Zoom). I was really impressed with Ann-Marie Shine-Newton and how professionally she dealt with mine and my husband's wills and Lasting Power of Attorney documents. I think our situation was a little more complex and not as straight forward as some wills as we have a son (step son to me) who has a brain injury and needed to ensure provision was in place for him and also for our daughter in the event of the inevitable happening. In addition to this, we were very undecided about how else to share our estate and wanted to ensure that personal items that are very special to us are passed to the people we wish to have them. Ann-Marie gave us some excellent advice and outlined each part of the will and how best to achieve what we wanted. The LPA's were complex but Ann-Marie made it so simple by completing the paperwork with our details and attaching post it notes to the signature and witness sections, making it so simple for us, she even sent them off to the courts to register them! In addition to the above, we also took out a funeral plan so that our loved ones had no large expense or further worry. It really is a pleasure to recommend Ann-Marie and Stanford Wills to others, I have done this via word of mouth and from reviews. We always leave this very important subject of wills 'until another day' when realistically, we should ensure our wills are up to date and make provisions for our loved ones. So very glad we are covered.
