We had an absolutely brilliant experience with MW Solicitors in Worthing, with the wonderful Lindsay handling everything for both the sale of our old property, and purchase of our new one. We had a lot of hurdles to get through on both accounts but Lindsay was helpful, patient and supportive throughout, happy to answer any question we might have - no matter how obvious the answer might have been! When she told us she was on annual leave on both our completion dates, we weren't concerned in the slightest - Laura and Michelle stepped in and kept us regularly informed and up-to-date. This is the first time I've used McMillan Williams, but not the first time I've used their excellent commercial property solicitor, Mr James Smallman. This latest matter concluded smoothly and with very little fuss. In my experience, no matter how complex the matter, Mr Smallman always finds a resolution. It was only the extent of MW's seemingly obstructive and paranoid bureaucracy which prevented me from awarding 5 stars (which is probably a little unfair as they're only reacting to the pathetic litigious world in which we live!). That aside, a professional and modern firm - one I will continue to use.
