We used Hopleys GMA as our conveyancers for our first house purchase. They were the perfect choice. The price was competitive with a detailed illustration provided to make the costs clear right up front. Joe, our solicitor, was recommended by friends and exceeded our expectations. He kept us fully engaged throughout the process, always happy to field questions and take the time to ensure we understood every stage of the buying process. The experience and expertise of both Joe and his colleagues shone through when we had some challenges with the purchase and the title deed restrictions, they were quickly able to identify the problem and propose workable solutions to the sellers solicitors to attempt to get a speedy resolution.
