Reviews of Pryers Solicitors LLP

Pryers has been amazing to me from the start to the end of my case. In particular Kristi who was my solicitor who was amazing, she was easy to talk to, she would answer all my questions (and I had many) she would be very quick and efficient with her responses and she was extremely understanding and professional throughout my entire case. I felt confident in her as my solicitor to get the best outcome for my case and I was was very happy with my settlement. No matter what request I had, or what query I had Kristi insured that I was fully updated and satisfied with my concerns or queries with my case.
The entire case was a long process especially due to the pandemic but pryers and Kristi were exceptional and I would 110% recommend them as a company to represent any one of you.

Pryers Solicitors was recommended to me by Citizen Advice Bureau. They are efficient, professional, thoughtful, good quality and good value in terms that you don't need to pay upfront unless the case succeeded, they took reasonable share at the end which they absolutely deserve for all the work they did. They took all the stress away from me and handed me with unexpected high standard result. I am truly grateful to their service.

In the first 2 years dizzy spells turned to black-outs. I received 24 hour monitoring and blood tests and E C G `s. I had scans of my heart valves, Aorta and Jugular veins. Nothing was found. I was sent for a M R I scan.
After the M R I scan I received no test results no referrals.
I suffered more dizzy spells and blackouts for another 30 months. I had another M R I scan for a deaf ear. I was told about the test results and referred to Hull neurology department. They told me that it was on the first scan ? I was asked if I wanted to have treatment or wait another year. I requested the treatment as I had suffered for 5 years. I was told that they could not operate at Hull and that I would have to go to Royal Hallam hospital at Sheffield for Gamma-knife surgery. 6 months later I had the operation. I decided to let Pryers solicitors put a compensation claim in for me. I was given a trainee solicitor who collected all the information which was required over the next 30 months. He could not answer some questions that I asked. eventually I was told that the Barrister would not take the case on. I Complained in writing. Richard Starkie told me there was some merit in my case and gave me another solicitor.
From then on instead of friendly phone calls and e-mails we went to password protected encrypted messages and poor advice. It seemed as if Pryers had turned against me and were not using the collected information to my benefit. Too many lies and cover-ups ? I asked more than once about the NHS Constitution. No one would give me an answer. Eventually the solicitor put £6.500 into my bank account. I did not receive any offers and I was told that I had signed for it ? I would have refused the offer had I known. I asked about loss of earnings and I was told that I would not have a driving licence therefore I would not be able to work. I had a job waiting for me with a driver. This claim was for medical negligence and it turned into professional negligence. Why did it take 30 months to get my MRI scan results when the scan was on my file ? I was told that .my case was closed. Mr Richard Starkie told me that I should have complained again and that he would have let his partner have ago ?
Why was my first M R I scan archived ? No test results or referral
were given? Defamation has been mentioned ?

Would thoroughly recommend Pryers to anyone looking for a highly professional legal firm to help them through the mine field of a legal claim. Kept us informed at all times and helped us through every step of the claim culminating in a successful outcome. Thank you.

After 2 years of my husband's case going nowhere we transferred to Pryers and thank heavens we did.
We had regular communication, which kept us up to date with how the case was progressing. We had every confidence that Pryers understood the seriousness and how debilitating my husband's accident at work was.
The advice we received and the guidance given helped us exceed the original claim value by more than 4 times.
We found Pryers to be very approachable, understanding and professional and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Pryer’s have been very professional throughout the claim process and kept us informed along the way.
It’s a time consuming process, but well worth pursuing.
June was very helpful and easy to talk to and handled our claim with professionalism and kindness.

Pryers have been handling my case for the past 4 years (no fault on their part) and they have been brilliant. They are extremely professional but very approachable and are always happy to discuss any aspects of the case with you. I would highly recommend.

Initial stages of claims can be quiet, however this is expected.
Towards the latter stages of my claim, the communication was great and my case handler Casey Stillman was very responsive and flexible in regards to sharing information.
Casey was very quick with her replies and was able to down to earth and less formal in order for me to understand certain elements and obtain a faster settlement.

Pryers Soliciters have been truly amazing! Having been let down in the past by organisations it was such a relief to have somebody take the pressure off me and deal with the legal side of things whilst I tried to regain some normality in my life. It has been a huge comfort throughout the process to know that Pryers Soliciters had my back and in the end I was able to have some closure; an apology and compensation for the head injury which will help me get back on track and make things a little easier. I have been treated with respect and kindness in each meeting; phone call and email, and this too has helped me reclaim some of my dignity and also hope in humanity. A huge thankyou!
