Customer service assistant are very helpful.
There is usually parking available and most of the time they have the part in stock or of not they order it in.
M. T.One stop shop for all your car parts. They have good deals almost always. Frank at the counter is a terrific guy.
B. M.Helpful staff sorted out a refund for me, were also interested in correcting the error that led to me being given the wrong part.
Somewhat limited parking so seems a popular place.

N. S.I had booked a "fit it for me service" for my brake discs and pads, unfortunately there were some problems and I had to phone ECP to help sort them out. I spoke with Sam and I can honestly say I have never met a more helpful person. He went out of his way to ensure I got the problem resolved and even found me another garage to fit the items for me.
Sam could have just refunded me and let me be on my way but he didn't. I cannot thank him enough for his excellent customer service.

M. A.This is a great place to get high quality/original parts for your car, with a waaaay cheaper price. I usually order online as they always offer free delivery, the few times I went to store I had to wait for maybe up to half an hour to be served, as the speed of the one or two members of staff dealing with customers is really slow, when the store gets busy I would just go home. At the moment I am sticking to delivery.

When I shared my guy never uses the filter during service he pointed out it was for AC. It hit me, oh ya my one doesn't work. The lad knew his stuff and was very helpful. M. M.I usually love this place. Great value and normally a fast service. But on this visit, it was painfully slow. There was 5 people queuing when I got there to pick up my items, meaning I was 6th, then another 2 people came in. Only one person at the counter meaning it was a long wait. 2 people ended up walking out because of the wait, the staff member did not apologise to anyone for having to wait. Another person eventually came out to serve, but was so apathetic, he might well have not bothered. Like I said, usually a great place and will always check out their website for stock and buy from them again. But please bare in mind you may have to wait.

S.Went into euro yesterday as I'm a key worker and was greeted with a smile by a young man called Jaime needed a battery for my car he delt with my order swiftly and within 5 mins had my battery the young man is a credit to the company and would recommend euros to my fellow paramedics and hospital colleagues thank you Jaime.
