m. b.Although the part I ordered online wasn't the correct one, when I returned it to the Castlereagh road branch, Louis offered a great customer service. He was polite and very helpful. There was a problem with printer but he provided a workaround to give me a confirmation invoice. Thanks Louis.

B.Having ordered a number of items from Euro car parts I have had a positive experience each time. Reason for 4* is my most recent order was not in stock despite the system saying it should be. The staff were helpful and told me they would ring me when it arrives and apologised for the invconvience caused.

Staff have a good knowledge and seem well trained. Can be busy at times, especially early, with garages ordering. Mostly short wait or you could go elsewhere and pay more.

Stood in a Queue for around 15 minutes to be told that there was a mixup at the head office and the part wasn't actually getting delivered on said day. Would've been nice to receive an email update informing me of the delay so I wouldn't waste my time travelling / queueing. Maybe not a Castlereagh specific review, but applies to EuroCarParts in general.
