S. S.I must say my experience here was second to none. After being told that my appointment was incorrect the lads in the workshop couldn't do enough. They got car in straight away and started work I was amazed as to how quick they got the job done. Full credit to the lads as this was 23rd December and I don't think I'd of been so quick. Thoroughly impressed
k.The initial repair ended up being a full screen replacement,which a couple of chips apparently too close together to be repairable.Was then given a date which I was told I could be booked in for.I hadn't received any confirmation, as the date approached decided to check,to find that although it was in the notes,none had actually gone the the trouble of putting the date into their system.Was finally given a date and confirmation sent almost immediately. Why this wasn't done first time is still a mystery. So two months after the initial call out,I was able to get my screen replaced. The fitter and fitting service was very professional which is more than I could say for their back office.

Greeted by friendly guy who told me it could be up to 3 hours due to calibration etc
So had to wait in reception due to living 25miles away but reception area was clean and sanatizer all around and thank goodness for TOILETS which were also clean
All technicians wore masks n gloves to safeguard customers and themselves from covid
So I sat ready for a long haul but there is a cafe down the road just on the corner for drinks n stuff but didn’t use it
I dropped my keys in the tray and my technician got on with the job quickly and efficiently and so quick too I couldn’t believe I was on my way home already and after an informed chat from the technician I was on my way home
We’ll done to the guy who worked on my juke I’m really well impressed thanks for a great job well done 😊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
M. W.Appointment and times was well organised ,windscreen fitted well and in time , nice waiting room & reception , only negative was dirty finger marks on my door pillar roof aphostery's and bits of bonding glue fragmented on bonnet, roof and dash otherwise a good job
P. M.Had my panoramic roof replaced. They said it could take 3hrs, but finished after 2hrs. Staff very friendly and helpful.
