Queue's normally very long and goes down very slow normally only one person serving.. Even if you click and collect expect to spend atleast 10mins waiting if not more... Was terrible before but I believe they employed a new member of staff which has improved the service.

One of the best places to get parts from, competitive prices, easy to do business with, fairly easy to find what you're looking for on the website. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it is very often a long wait to collect your order quite often. I don't know if this is due to a lack of staff in the store, there certainly seems to be plenty of them in the office? But I saw a few people get fed up and leave because of this, really need to work out a faster turnaround method on orders to maximise the potential of this store. Very good overall though and the staff are generally very helpful and nice.

It's OK. They need more staff at the front. One staff member looking up orders and going to fetch it at the back, takes so long you think they are making the part for you. Most customers now use the click and collect function so they should be better equipped to deal with orders faster. Put 2 kiosks at the front for customers who want to place order that loads your website. So many solutions to the problems but don't see them implemented. Good job they offer same day delivery if order before 1. No queues unless it's wrong part. Plus you need faster computers, they are slow.

Prices are reasonable on some items. The range of parts is very good. The only downside, is the amount of time you are waiting to be served. Took me 15 mins to get a pair of replacement bulbs. One guy serving, and about 4 customers at one time. They need more staff at the front.

When I visited this place to receive the parts for my car that were broken, as soon as I pulled up in the car park, I instantly saw the welcoming sign. When I went inside I was greeted by someone at a till in which I explained about my car and what I had ordered for it. Instantly the man knew what I was saying aand went to find my part. The staff were welcoming and were willing to help. Definitely the place I am to got to when I am in need of some new car parts or equipment.

Reasonable value but customer service very slow. Only one person serving but other staff hanging about talking in warehouse. When being served, you pay for what you have ordered online but are expected to go back again to the rear of the long queue if you require anything else, this must be a joke.

Click and collect is just as long as going in and buying the product there and then as only one person was Manning the till, the member of staff who however was very helpful. The wait is the reason why I've only given three stars, with click and collect I expect to be in and out not waiting in a mixed queue, apart from this the service was good.

Good prices without a doubt . But the service is slow . They only have 1 assistant on the front counter serving 1 person at a time regardless of a que and then them same assistant also goes to get your parts resulting in even more waiting time . On average if there are three people in front of you prepare for a long wait typically 30 mins minimum.

Lack of staff for a very busy store. Only one person standing at the till most of the time. Poor guy had to collect the purchases from the warehouses, process the payments, refunds, drop everything back in warehouse or take time finding products when other customers had been waiting in the queue for that long that the point of collecting in store is almost useless. You would be better of getting it delivered to garage directly. Very underwhelming and uninspiring shopping experience which could potentially be a huge success for customer and Euro car parts.
