Z.Hard working very polite staff. Went to GSF only 2 in shop took me 25 mins to get served and then they did not have what i was looking for. Euro 4 in shop 6 outside it took me less than 15 mins to do my business.

R. R.Have a lot of stock but let down by lack of staff at the counter. There's always one member of staff at the till. Always a long queue regardless of time of day. The person serving you has to go out the back, locate your item and bring it to you. That's why it takes so long. You can see lots of staff at the back milling around. Why can't they get someone to bring your items to reduce the waiting time. Or have more tills. It's not rocket science!!

w. a.I am a big fan of euro car parts as I feel there parts and for the price as well is really good value for money. My local euro carparts and i will continue to use. One thing to mention is there service is reasonably fast as well even if you are waiting in the shop, and the staff are really helpful and experienced as I have seen the same faces on the counter for many years which is very helpful too.

D. T.Easy to find, on site parking (not much of it though). This place can get busy because the prices are usually very good, especially so on weekends when they typically have online discount codes. Staff are courteous and very helpful. Wheelchair access isn't too much of an issue, but the shop inside has little space.

d.Yesterday I was there to pick up my order (colection next day) , but one of my products wasn't there so the guy from reception told me that I have to come after 2 hours when the product will be available to colect and I was a bit upset for the moment. Two hours later I came to colect again, the guy gave my product with apologize and he offered to not pay a product that I wanted to buy on the spot like a discount. I really appreciate that , nice attitude. So kepp going guys.

(.Brilliant if your in need of car parts only downside is with the shop part of the unit being small it can get rather packed where your having to queue outside the entrance best thing would be to order online where you can get fantastic discounts every week and collect from store if your unsure of the correct parts needed then the staff on the tills are very knowledgeable and will help you to get the right parts you need and offer items at different prices due to the branding

If possible avoid on a Saturday afternoon as the queue was out the door.

D.Friendly staff usually, ideal to reserve part online and get delivery, as collection is usually very busy as they don't have much staff on tills, would really help if you know exactly what part your after to save getting the wrong one as there is such a variety in same models these days.
