Contacted the guys which were very helpful immediately and explained me in detail the whole process. Upon a visit to the property they put together a quote and carried out a professional installation in a short space of time. I was happy with the original fix, but the guys wanted to add that little bit extra to make a great job a excellent one and went above and beyond. The cost of the job was also extremely great value. Not like your everyday tradesman who want at least £100 just for picking up the phone! If you have any window issues, do not hesitate to give these guys a call.
