M. D.It was my first time in the store today. Bought a bike yesterday and needed some bits like lights and a gell saddle, etc. The gents that were working there today were extremely knowledgeable about their products and what they thought would be good recommendations. While my bike was being set up (by an absolute artist of a technician; thanks so much for the information on my new purchase, general help and expertise in what you do) I was over hearing conversations with other customers while they were pulling really quite specific details on the fly about whatever issues the customers were having with their car.
I hands down wouldn't hesitate to recommend your store in Winton to anyone.
My bike is a joy to ride and I'll be coming back to get it serviced and to get some information on my car too. (My luck with cars is abysmal so you will be seeing me soon I imagine haha)

They cleaned my windscreens, replaced the wipers, disposed of the old ones responsibly and gave after care advice for looking after the wipers. I will always try Motobitz first, before any other Ships for car bits

N. B.I took my Giant bike to fix in some places and in addition to not returning the bike to me on the same day, they charged an absurd amount of money. Here is an example: Halford is a blatant theft in prices. I was very happy because at Motabitz in Winton, besides being well received, they did a good job on my bike at a very honest price. H. N.I visited Winton branch to buy a rear windscreen wiper today. The service was fantastic! I hadn’t realised the fitting was free and fitted so quickly! Plus the chap (sorry I didn’t get his name) cleaned the window too. I will definitely visit again.

L. W.My car battery decided to pack up today (Sunday), thankfully Motabitz were open. I made a phone enquiry and they had a battery to fit. The price was very reasonable and they offered fitting. I arranged a time and went to the Winton store. The helpful chap (sorry can't remember his name) I spoke to on the phone remembered me. He then came out with the battery and fitted it straight away. 10 minutes later the battery was all sorted. Fantastic service. I would highly recommend Motabitz, and I will return for any motoring or cycle needs without question. Old fashioned great service here. Hard to find these days. Thank you.
