He was at my house 10 minutes after we spoke, measured up, went and got the glass and had the whole thing sorted within 2 hours. He also cleared up properly, and then charged me less than half what the emergency glazer would have cost if he had even bothered to show up! Ring Steve first and save yourself time, money and a load of aggravation.
