A tip: first try order online with click and collect then pickup from the store as it can be cheaper than paying at the parts shop. I would have given five stars but for the queue caused through staff shortage. Having said that, the customer service was efficient and helpful. My hat goes off to her having to working well under such pressure.

Great customer service open on the Sunday before the BH Monday following our Queen's Death. Traveling long distance to visit family of my own I needed some top up oil for my 2017 Volvo V40 1.5 litre turbo petrol engine,, 0 20W grade oil is recommended but i found it's r so it's not readily available, tried Shell Garages, Halfords local to me wete closed. when many places were closed thank you for your kindness and help..

Good customer service, with great prices, but due to social distancing only two customers can go in at any one time, making the wait to go in excruciatingly long, no seats are provided outside too. Once in, the staff are professional and helpful. You also pay the price you reserved the item for online or the price of items on the self. That is not the case in the Weston-super-mare branch. I went into the Eurocarpart shop in Weston-super-mare after ordering my parts online using a 50% discount code, but the staff there somehow tried to convince me that I was buying the wrong part for my vehicle and tried to sell the supposedly right part to me without the 50% discount that attracted me in to making the purchase the first place. the staff kept insisting that the discount had been added, when it obviously was not. I picked up an item labeled £7.50 from the self in the Weston-super-mare branch, when I presented it at the till, I was charged £10.99 for the item, A few hours later, After cancelling the rest of my order in the Weston-super-mare branch and reordering it in the Avonmouth branch. I paid the exact price I had ordered the items for online. The item I had paid £10.99 in Weston-super-mare branch, was displayed at £7.09 at Avonmouth branch and that was what I paid for it. I called the the Weston-super-mare branch, was put through to the manager, gave him the item codes and asked why there were differences in price of the same item between the two shops. He ended the call without giving me any reasons, after asking me to wait for a few minutes while he looked into it. So from my experience the Avonmouth shop is the better shop to order or buy car parts from. There is something not right with the staff that work in the Weston super mare branch.

Good selection of items and open on a Sunday bank holiday weekend unlike many other similar retailers. Quite a wait for your items though... Click and collect items don't seem to be prepared before you arrive and it takes a while to find them. Not the staff's fault as other Euro Car Parts across the country are exactly the same. Needs a better picking system to calm the queue.

Going to this car parts warehouse was a surreal experience.we wanted to exchange a faulty battery. We waited for an age, only to be told we had to complete a form full of really pointless questions. After completion we were again made to wait. With other people doing the same Strange!!!

If you're looking for cheap car parts or accessories this is a good place to look. The few times I've visited the staff generally seem keen to help you and although service might not be super quick, they do take their time to help each customer. If it's not local to you, give them a call before you head down.

Once again the staff at the Avonmouth branch of Euro Car Parts were absolutely fantastic. This is the second visit I've made and the young lady who helped me (Jess) sorted out my order very quickly and efficiently, giving me a great price too! All I bought was a front headlight bulb for which I was only charged £3.24, half the price of Halfords! Another member of staff (Scott) very kindly offered to fit it for me (quite a fiddly job on my Audi A4 Cabriolet!). There was no charge for this either. I can highly recommend this particular Euro Car Parts - the prices are always lower than anywhere else, but it's the staff that really make the difference.
