Absolutely brilliant service I spent 30 mins trying to refund a alternator from the Avonmouth depot there utterly useless staff couldn't help me out, 5 mins at this branch and it was refunded and sorted very happy with there service and will continue using this depot from now on

I had no choice today but to go to Filton Euro for an emergency, a few months ago we said we would NEVER go there again after previously being spoken to rudely by a Danny Devito looking man. Today we were impressed! Firstly, I was met by a gentleman who not only held the door open for me but also greeted me and introduced himself as the shop assistant and said he was available to help and he did so impeccably! Thank you Konn you were extremely helpful today. I did start using another motor parts company, but I will make sure i continue to use your services in the future, cheap as chips too!

I didn't get on so well with the website click and collect service. Parts I wanted weren't listed. Phoned and not only checked stock availability but, I ordered and was given the online code discount too. A little wait on collection however over all service was great.

They could be easily 5 stars if they weren't so slow once you get there to pick up your stuff. The guy in front of me gave up on waiting. It's a pity. They have three staff on site, but only one was dealing with customers.

Wrong items given, big queue everytime ,waiting time is paingful, buton the other hand - they are open everyday, during the Bank holidays etc. The prices are ok , but the parts arent something special...

I was driving my Audi A5 on the M32 bristol and my wing mirror glass decided to leave me, so i Needed to replace this item, so went to halfords and of course the audi replacement never fitted as it was too big, no surprise there, get what you pay for. So went to euro car parts in filton and got a new mirror glass with the heating element included for a fraction of the original part that audi main dealer charges. Really happy with everything. Great customer service and ordered the correct part. Happy Audi A5 owner. Just goes to show, better off getting the right part for the job needed. Thankyou Euro car parts!!!

Service is good, large stock of items order and collect works well. In these times of Covid be prepared to queue outside as only 2 allowed in at any time. Obviously face masks must be used.

Very helpful staff. On one occasion after reserving an item for collection I was called early in the morning and a voicemail was left saying they'd checked the item and a piece was missing, so they'd reordered it and it would be there after 15:30. So I abandoned my plans to collect in theorning and picked it up in the afternoon. Excellent communication. Things do go occasionally wrong with all companies, I judge them on how they sort out problems, hence the 5 stars.
