F. B.I took my bike in for a free health check as I haven't used it for years & the tyres were flat. Absolutely amazing job by Alex, super quick, knowledgeable & friendly. He put anti puncture stuff in the inner tubes & now I'm confident & extremely happy cycling.
R. B.My experience with Halfords has been always good but not this time when I get an electric bike. The bike has problems with the battery and the light when I came to collect and I requested a new bike instead of this broken bike. When I went to collect the supposedly new bike but it looked the same as the one they gave me before with problems fixed. I could tell from the peeled label on the side, the paint peeled on the pannier rack and the plastic wrap although they said it was a new bike. I didn’t want to argue and having wait for another week with the same bike again so I took the bike. The staffs were friendly and helpful but I think the service could have been better and they really should have ordered me a new bike!
