a. o.Sold me used spark plugs, supposed to be new Bosch platinum and they are blackened on the tips and dirty threads.
Llansamlet branch sorted them out, apparently garages try and rip them off sealing the packets back up.
J. F.Purchased a oil filter for the car it was the wrong one .I took it back with no issues as it was changed over straight away with no problems. Providing they have the right staff on the front desk things would get done abit better.im not one for making remarks on a women working on the front desk but if she's not been fully trained as in all fairness she wasn't clued up about anything so the only thing they could do is that if they have a women on the front desk at least train the staff abit better.

J. N.Has most parts in stock, I generally shop online and apply the never ending discount codes then collect from store. Only ever one person on the counter however, it can take ages if there's a small queue in front of you. This is the case both during and prior to covid 19. Eurocarparts please put more people on the counter, its always a queue here.

Can pick up basically anything for a decent deal only if you place the order online obvs using the discount codes but waiting around is the worst bit when you go in for collection, specially if you're in a rush. The delivery it's free but I like to collect by my self it's more easily and quickly

My only real gripe is most of the time I have to que as there is only ever 1 person serving. The last few visits I have had to que with at least 10 other customers for 20 minutes or so. Surely the other staff can see this and jump on the other till to help out?
M. C.Fantastic customer service from Euro Car Parts. Went in to buy a thermostat housing for a ford KA. They gave me the wrong one. I had no problems returning it. They didn't have the right one in so they ordered it for me and gave me a discount for my troubles. Great service.
