B. R.I walked past with a broken trolley trying to buy a bolt and nut to fix my wheel. They gave me both parts for free and fixed the wheel up for me (I did offer money). They gained no money from this. They did it because they were decent people. So if that's how they treat a random passer by, then I suspect the customer service would be terrific.
