I broke the sealed unit in one of our windows whilst mowing the lawn. Crystal clear gave excellent prompt customer service when making an enquiry, gave a rough quote over the phone, quickly came next day to quote, we also had a small window that was difficult to close. We had new hinges fitted and replacement sealed unit installed within 9 days. Great friendly service. I would definitely recommend.

We had a window handle and door lock replaced which involved a fair bit of customisation of the door due to parts no longer available. We found Dave to be professional and knowledgable. The level of skill and attention to detail was high therefore we can recommend him without hesitation. Charges were within expectations. We found Dave easy to converse and send pictures via whatsapp to clarify what needed to be done as well as to discuss expected cost prior to his visit.

Spoke to David last week about the problems with windows not locking properly. He came to sort out the problem within two days after I spoke to him. He was on time and also changed the hinges , gearbox and cleaned all the necessary parts for the windows to function properly. Work was done on 4 windows. I would highly recommend crystal clear.

I telephoned and discussed my doorlock problem with David Garrad who I had found on the internet. He asked relevant questions about the type of lock etc and said he would be with me in 45 minutes. He arrived in that time and was able to replace my lock and adjust the door. He cleaned the door with sanitiser because of the current conditions. It was an emergency so we had not discussed cost but his bill was very reasonable. Great job. I would recommend.
