Usually well stocked and you can get what you need, never had a problem with their service however there is nowhere to park, with their vans parked in the already small car park it leaves about 3 spaces which isn’t anywhere near enough for their level of custom, leaving their customers with 2 options; park on the road and get fined for double yellow parking (there is a camera outside so you WILL get caught) or park in one of the neighbouring places which also issue a £100 fine if caught parking there. For a Car Part shop which is only really accessible by car I think they need to move location or work out a parking deal with one of their neighbours.

Most of the time we'll stocked. Just a shame that the wait times and service times can be so slow. You can queue for 30 min to get to the desk then even if your order is click and collect, the collection wait out in the car park can be another 20 min. Also parking is a nightmare. The company vans take all the spaces leaving nowhere for customers to park

Errr don't worry, we'll deliver it today and leave it in X place as agreed again. Tuesday evening... Where is the order??? We'll deliver it by midday tomorrow. Yeah I'm not holding my breath. Edit - well it's nice to be wrong. 8:00 and the order is here. Well done for turning it round.

Coventry branch has a small carpark that was full with there vans on a Sunday, liable to get a ticket if you use one of the other business's on site car parking as they use camera recognition. Queued for over 40min on Sunday to pick up pre ordered brake pads. They do stock alot if parts at good prices.

Click and collect service is really good, might be busy now and again since it's probably one of the most used euro car parts in Coventry. So you might have a bit of a queue now and again. People working on the floor are quite knowledgeable so don't be afraid to ask the for help or questions

Very good experience today. It took less than 20 minutes to get sorted out with all round disks and pads for 2 cars at an amazing price. Very helpful guy who served me, all round very happy with today. Will definitely use again.

Shopping with ecp can by very hit and miss. Service seems very under staffed, slow and ques are usually out the door. Orders have been messed about a few times but return process is easy and normally comes with discount on next order. Not being able to apply Internet prices in store can be confusing for some and time consuming if you order online when in store then have to wait for them to see your order in store. The staff can be temperamental with their friendliness but suppose everyone has bad days. But queries are met quickly in most cases. Prices are usually pretty good, parking is easy and access for disabled customers is good.

They are following social distancing rules of only 1 to 2 people in the shop at any time and no browsing. Therefore the queue outside was quite long and once getting to the counter with a pre order they do take a while to find the parts for you. It waa much cheaper than anywhere else for the part I needed though and was a painless experience.

Had a problem with my car battery that was under warranty. I couldn't get to the branch so they brought me a replacement out within a couple of hours. Brilliant service from head office staff member I spoke to and Coventry branch for delivering a new battery to me so quickly. Every time I've used eurocarparts I had great service!

Mind the parking spaces can get £70 fine if parked other than eurocarpart's allocated parking spaces. Everything is not cheap always. Their discount code is actually a deception. They double the prices from market and offer you %age of discount online.

I needed a new battery and cannot fault the service provided by Euro Car Parts; they were fantastic. I called on the phone and the gentleman that I spoke to was very helpful and made sure that I selected the correct part. He also advised me to place a click and collect order on the web site because it would be the cheapest way to buy the battery. When I got to the store, the man that served me double checked the new battery against my old one to make absolutely sure it would work and recycled the old part. I would definitely recommend Euro Car Parts Coventry.

OK so i have been going here for some years now... Positives: Wide range of parts in stock and if not available they will have the required part with you for the next working day 9/10. The general price of products is cheap compared to other retailers. Open on Sundays! Bought wipers after entering reg no, still got the wrong part. In the haste to fit it i damaged the part, before realising that part is not compatible. Cant return it now.
