Abbey Glass installed doors and windows here 5 years ago. Never been a problem until today. The french door wouldn't lock earlier today - called them and they were here within a couple of hours and fixed the problem. No fuss no fee. That's why you deal with a long standing reputable company that stands by their product.

I’m not a regular buyer of gas and Glass and whilst trying to measure I was interrupted by several people have made a couple of mistakes. Initially submitted all my details to Ryan at the front office and he duly sent me a very clear email of all the things I ordered within 20 minutes, and I realise I made two three bad mistakes . Ryan corrected this and other things later on as well . I’m very impressed with Ryan‘s patience and grasp of his role And wish the company to know but I think they’re lucky to have Ryan . I’m yet to fit the Glass but all other aspects of the service appear top drawer also. Thank you , Mick Shaw

Had a stained glass window encapsulated. Quote, survey and fitting was done very professionally. Unfortunately the glazed units hadn’t been made taking care to match the original Pattern configuration so had to be fitted inside out. In addition they had a lot of debris trapped inside the units which looked especially bad when the sun was shining on the glass. After some email communication the manager came out to see the job and reassured me the units would be taken back and re done. The finished units are now very pleasing and the reason for writing this review is that I would like to especially thank the manager for coming out and having the job done to a very good standard.

Needed some advice about cutting some glass I had that was toughened, Ryan was very helpful and in the end had to buy some more pieces.cut and supplied new glass the same day, even though nobody else was willing or able to help. Will recommend and use again

Wanted a local company after previous bad experience with one of the big nationals. The salesman that called was straightforward with none of the rubbish about reducing the price if you sign up now, etc that you get from some companies. The price he quoted was the price we paid! They came to fit the french doors when they said they would, the whole installation was smooth and they left no mess whatsoever. What more can you want. A*** experience.

I had what I thought was an attempted break in, so didn't sleep all night phoned Abbey in the morning someone was round within an hour...
