Called Direct 4x4 after being recommended by a friend who also used them in the past. The service and details of information provided was fantastic. I paid over the phone and booked up 2 week later based on work. I was received at reception on the day and got to see the steps beforehand as I was torn between the 2 steps designs. Anyway picked a design and drove the car around the block to the garage who was going to fit them. The issue was despite showing one in stock they could not find them. The next issue was the 2nd option was not the best fit for the Q7 and i was honesty told this by the fitters. Both PJ performance (fitters) and Direct 4x4 helped me solve the issue and strongly recommend the more expensive ones after I said the steps are not only for looks but more for kids to climb in to. DIRECT 4X4 DID NOT CHARGE me a penny extra to upgrade to the more expensive option as good will. Gary and Rebecca (I think) both lovey people, me and Gary spoke about his passion for motor bikes. I would go back and highly recommend them. I so glad I went with the Raptors, good step space and more stronger.

I wanted to put some runner boards on my Honda CRV, and not being sure which ones were the correct ones for my vehicle, I rang and spoke to Rebecca, who went above and beyond to ensure I purchased the correct ones. Delivery only took 24hrs from the time I rang, and they were extremely well packaged, and the instructions were to the letter. Really helpful professional company, where nothing seems too much trouble. Thankyou Direct 4x4, especially Rebecca. I'm really happy with how they look, and they were easy to fit, just over 90 minutes start to finish. 10/10, great company.

What a lovely company. Right from the beginning of trying to decide what roof rack I should choose, a friendly team of staff were on hand to help me decide. After I had chosen, the delivery was very quick. The overall assembly of my product was quick and easy. And most important, it makes my Land Rover look so much better. Roof tent I recently returned a roof tent due to an issue with it , I chose a different type more suitable when I was there and was helped to fit it onto my vehicle. What an amazing place! Drove here from Brighton to have my new 'High Flyer' side steps fitted to my Range Rover. Well worth it. It was one of the best customer service experiences we've ever had. Recommending routes to take into the City while we waited and even giving us directions to our destination for the afternoon. As for the steps themselves, absolute quality. Look far far better than anything Land Rover can offer, at a fraction of the price. Well done lads!

Really pleased with them the quality is excellent and fitted them myself with the help of the direct 4x4 fitting guide on you tube. Brilliant customer service. Bought a parcel shelf for a Santa Fe. It was delivered very quickly to our safe place as requested. Good quality and a good price but unfortunately not designed for my version of the car. I phoned them and Hannah was very helpful. She asked for photos to be emailed. They saw what the problem was but they didn't stock the cover I needed so they refunded our money straight away and didn't ask for us to return the one they sent. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Super happy with the service I recieved from Direct 4x4. I came from Wolverhampton with my Peugeot 3008, which was about an hour 20 min drive, without knowing exactly which side step I was going to choose. I had reserved both the "High Flyer" and the "Suburban" side steps. After seeing them both in the showroom I decided that the Suburban fit the look of my car better. Came back roughly 2 hours later (although it was ready sooner, but I was visiting family in Derby) and couldn't be happier with their work. I've shared some pictures below. I'm a heavy guy but the steps are good quality, solid and don't budge when stepping on. It's also made my car look sportier. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again.

Brought Side Steps and Mud Flaps from Direct 4x4 for my Discovery 5, Had them fitted last week, can not praise this company enough, the quality and finish is fantastic. Well over a £1000.00 cheaper than the Land Rover ones and look and feel the same. They got me in quickly for fitting, Tea and Coffee on hand while l waited. Made a 140 mile round trip to have some side steps fitted to my car. When i arrived I was very impressed with the staff and show room. As I handed over my car keys for work to be done I pointed out that my interior was clean and made sure that they would keep it that way. I was assured that it would be looked after. Fitting time was estimated at one and a half hours. This was spot on car looked great with new side steps but was I surprised when I opened the door my cream doors panels handles and steering wheel were covered in dirty finger prints. What a shame that they could not just clean up would have taken 2 minutes. I would have given 5 star's if this had been done.

Having been quoted £1300 from Audi I thought i'd have to do without side steps, but thankfully I found Direct 4x4 via eBay and even better that it was a 1/4 of the Audi cost. After much looking around a roofracks I decided to order a Titan rack and have to say that the next day delivery was very good as was the whole ordering process. I am very happy with the quality of the rack and the fittings. The only reason that this is not a 5 star review is that all of the threads were full of powder coating and all had to be tapped out before a bolt could be threaded in, the instructions must have been badly translated into english and the list of contents was not even close to what I got. But a tap and die set and some common sense now has me a nice roof rack at a very reasonable price.

Went to see these guys yesterday and have fitted the SMM canopy I bought for my Toyota Hilux. They guys were excellent made to feel very welcome and just good all round customer service. Had the canopy fitted no drama and have to say these SMM canopies are great they fit much better than the Truckman canopy and for the extra money are well worth it as they look great and are very solid canopies. Quick tracked delivery. You do need to download instructions from 4 x 4 website and watch installation video also as there are no installation instructions supplied with the side bars. Installation was not difficult IF you studied the video/instructions carefully. Take your time aligning the side bars before fully tightening and you'll be fine. Good quality at a fair price. Volkswagen Amarok Tonneau Cover(s) We bought two for our fleet vehicles. Fitted using the built clamps provided although they come with the drill fittings too. Fitted in five minutes and have been invaluable and look great. Based on the mileage we do they pay for themselves in around 3 months in reduced drag and increased fuel consumption. I was also looking to purchase a roofbox & rails but had been finding it very hard to find someone on the internet to supply & fit these items, without going to Halfords or driving in excess of 2 hours.
