W. M.It serves as a last resort and finally got what I wanted. But..... front counter was not overly helpful... and quite rude to be honest. The sales team clearly don't communicate very well and made the whole trip a lot more difficult than it needed to be, a simple few questions would have made my visit a great deal easier. I'm sorry but there's a huge lack of product knowledge when it comes to something as simple as a battery.

C. J.Went into to click and collect oil today. Service was quick and polite. The customer connection area looks new, clean and tidy. Saw them sanitising customer touch points like the door handle. Decent car parking facilities but might be a bit crowded on Saturdays though, as most of their delivery vans are parked up. Can't fault really.
J. D.My husband went in to return a faulty part, all he had was his order confirmation and not a receipt to say he had bought the item, was advised nothing could be done (husband spat dummy out a bit and he apologises for that).
The lovely lady behind the counter went out of her way to help him out and get his refund.
The manager was involved and another customer service assistant. All were polite and very helpful. My husband walked away a very happy person because of the above and beyond help.
Faulty parts happen at the end of the day, these lovely lot will do their best to help you out if they can.
Will be a repeat customer in the future although not had a replacement part this time as garage got the part for us.
Nice and cheap and superb customer service.
The lovely lady with purple hair and the bald headed bloke are superb and deserve a decent bit of praise, don't know where the bad reviews come from to be honest.

The female at the counter (sorry I can't remember her name) has been so helpful this week. When I had to purchase discs and pads for my car and there were a couple of options. She got them both for me to compare.

B. H.Good proces and generally always have what I need in stock, but come on the wait times are ridiculous. I use click and collect and was the only person in store when I collected my items hours after ordering. I must of been waiting 15 mins. Staff are always friendly and helpful though.
K. B.I needed a wiper blade for my Fiat Ducato and know Euro Cad Part are brilliant value. I normally use the Aberdeen centre. I must just say the knowledge and professionalism of both this centre and Aberdeen second to none. I actually think they know more about what you need than you do checking the parts are correct and happy to change when there is an error by the part manufacturer. Great banter, Great knowledge, Great service, in fact it was Great.... I will ALWAYS go to Euro first in the future...

N. P.The business itself is extremely good but the move to new premises has serious parking issues for those wanting to go to the trade counter in person. There are, I think, 3 businesses with allocated parking but Euro have muscled in with staff cars, delivery vans and artic deliveries all competing for very little space... So, the 5th star is waiting for the parking to improve... 😴

The online element isn't so great at times, and they have managed to mess up my deliveries on a couple of occasions with very little support when a problem does arise. I stick to reservations and collect in store now, no issues on that front.

I rang them at Tamworth and they were useless, told me they don’t deal with people in Derby which they clearly had! 2 hour wait to Main customer services on the phone! time I didn’t have! I rang Derby for help and Jess assisted me and got through to main customer service for me via a back door! She rang me back and have me a date and reason for the issue. Resolved! Jess is an asset to the company! Thanks!

R. J.Always decent service but let down by the actual speed of service. Been in many times and they seem to be in such a go slow! Needs sorting really as waiting for simple parts (oil filter and air filter) for half hour or so is soul destroying
A. A.Cheapest place for parts and stores are available nationwide. Only dow side is when collecting reserved items there is a bit of a wait. At least going to spend 30 mins there if there are more than 5 people in the queue. Other than that staff are great. Just need more people at the tills when there are quite a few people there
J. B.Used euros for plenty of cars and never had a problem. Some people/garages advise against them saying they send a wrong part. Never had a problem, enter you registration on the website, search your parts, it will tell you if they have stock, job done. If you go down at the weekend expect a bit of a queue.

3 stars because last time I'm waiting in queue 30min! Lots of people and only one person who working on checkout and collecting stuff for customers. Guy's you need to work on it. Next time if I'll see that queue I'll go to GSF.

C. V.I've said it about other Euro Car Parts stores and the same is true here. You'll get great service and the staff will do their best to get you what you need at the best price... BUT you will likely find yourself waiting to be tended to as there is usually only one person on the counter who is trying to be as helpful as possible to their customer at the time.
A. I.Be prepared for a long wait. Very sparse parking too. Make sure you check your order before you leave. Two separate occasions I've been issued with preused parts that have obviously been returned and not checked.
R. H.When I needed just a wiper blade for my daughter's BMW during lockdown, to keep her and her family safe, Euro car parts in Derby really stepped up. Not directly involved in the motor trade but classed as a key worker they were more than happy to serve me with the correct part at a reasonable price in their normal friendly, professional, polite manner.
