Had one of the worst days ever today, everything went wrong! Until i came to Wheatley Doncaster branch! Lady behind the desk bent over backwards to help me out! After an honest mistake by someone else. When another customer came in half hour before me and bought the last part available due to thinking that person was probably me! Problem solved and delivered for free. Really eally appreciate it thank you!

I would give 5 stars, but the waiting time to just collect your orders is terrible. Most of the times just one cashier behind the till who must deal with everything take orders, bring orders, refunds, look in system for parts, to many for one person.

Simply enter your reg number on their website, browse the parts you're after, enter the store location and it tells you if theyre in stock. Then go and pick up your item and fit it. Simple.

Decent prices for honest parts, service could be quicker in branch and less suspicious. Returned some unused parts for a refund to be told that they would have to ring and check I hadn't already had them refunded in the branch I bought them from? Decent pricing when online sales are active for click and collect/delivery but otherwise quite expensive compared to other competitors. Few items show available to collect in store but no stock when you arrive, polite staff but slow relatively slow service. Would use again with online sales.

Good online experience and pricing but service in the shop let's it down badly. There is one guy on his own doing a sterling job identifying parts for customers and fetching the items from stock for those who haven't bothered to preorder. For a click and collect experience you are left standing there for about 15 minutes if there are 2-3 people in the queue. Will use their delivery service in future if not urgent and qualifies for free delivery over £15.

Place is really convinient for click and collect, availability of stock same day and reasonably priced using their always on sales codes but expect to be waiting a long time to actually collect, even a few people queued seems to take what feels like forever to deal with and only ever one person on the counter.

Took my car here to have my air-con regassed and the service I received was really good. My car only took around an hour to be re -gassed and while I waited there was a customer waiting lounge which I could help my self to free tea coffee hot chocolate everything. Also the staff wars really friendly and helpful. Upon works being complete the mechanic who gassed my car explained how to use my air con property so I didn't have any problems in the future. I would definitely be going back to them and who reccomend them to any one. Also very cheap

Always fast and friendly i would have like to have seen more car related products on the shelves than hand cleaners and masks though as a man im always tempted to buy tools if theyre there in front of me, loose the masks and hand sanitisers already, thats the reason behind 4 stars not 5

When I visited this store today to buy some high temp grease to repack a noisy wheel bearing at the roadside (in the middle of a high mileage family trip), I discussed my problem with one of the staff. Before long, at least three staff members were ringing around trying to find a reliable local garage willing to change the bearing for me as they were concerned that it may cease or collapse during my family's journey. They found someone to do the job, provided me with the bearing and directions to find the garage for which I am very grateful. Best service I've ever had... Highly recommended. Right let's clear the air. . You look on the Internet and the prince of the part is 41.99 for example get down the shop and its 50 odd I have checked and this is legal just because it says on the advert online price only. . So to get the best price you need to order online and pick up in store. .
