The Throttle Body looked good and clean and fitted by garage but car still kept having same Throttle Body problem come up.

Initial review: Part ordered one week ago and supposed to be delivered 2-5 days. called 4 times today to get an update on the parts. No-one was able to give me an answer and still no parts. Update 1: I finally spoke with someone who offered me to ship the part for next day delivery as the other one is stuck somewhere in a warehouse. I should have it tomorrow. I will update my rating if the part actually arrives tomorrow as promised. Update 2: the part arrived this morning before 10am. Thank you for the lovely lady in the office for sorting this out. It took 10 days and 8 phone calls in total for the part to arrive. I still don't understand why it wasn't possible to get the part delivered next day when I asked the first time on the phone on the 16th July when it was sent next when everything gone wrong. I would have happily paid an extra to get that part delivered next day if the possibility was offered at the time I placed my order. It would have been a nice option to get me on the road asap.

Waited almost 2 weeks for engine to arrive after being told it would be a few days. It arrived missing parts that it was listed with. Have been chasing said parts for 3 weeks and still not received them. Was offered a refund but the refund wont cover the parts that I need to finish the job so I'm stuck waiting for them to source and send the parts. Edit: Renparts agreed to refund a larger amount so I could buy the required parts elsewhere and I can finally get my vehicle repaired approx 7 weeks after placing the order. Have increased from 2 to 3 starso, because I understand we are all allowed mistakes and can have bad days.

Amazing service from start to finish! Originally ordered the part over the phone, confirmed everything I needed to know and all sorted with quick delivery! However as with second hand parts this steering rack failed within the 3 month warranty window but when contacting Renparts all they needed was my name and they sorted the rest! I contacted Renparts regarding possibly collecting the wheel As they were only 15 miles away. I spoke to Andrew who was very helpful. These guys were excellent couldn't praise enough. Cut a long story short I purchased a £12'000 Megan convertible for wife that didn't even have a spare wheel or jack. These guys sorted me out not only with a excellent condition alloy ( which the said was only a grade 2) but it had a descent tyre with around 5mm tread on it they also supplied me with a jack and the bolt to hold in boot well inc postage this was £128.50 which I thought was very reasonable .

l ordered an engine for a Koleos and was sent an engine for a Megane - did not fit and returned. But had a lot of hassle to get my money back. Would not trust them again with my business. Since posting my review (with a single star) I was contacted by the MD who not only apologised but offered compensation towards my expenses incurred due to the engine mix up which I accepted and I also agreed to update my review. While I am unable to understand what went on previously I think this company wants to give good customer service and is mindful of its reputation. I might well be using them again.

The long saga of the replacement ABS pump for my old Renault Laguna has finally come to a successful conclusion. The part did eventually arrive, was fitted and the car got through the MOT. Renparts took on board my initial complaint and gave me a very fair discount on the original price. They also said they would look at their delivery process which, they insist, let them down on this occasion. My Newcastle based Renault specialist mechanic rates them highly so hopefully they can resolve their delivery issues in future. Given 5 stars to balance the 1 star given on previous review.

In April 2015 we needed a new engine for a Renault Grand Scenic as the timing belt snapped after only five years. Renault offered to fit a reconditioned engine for £5,000 "as a gesture of goodwill"! Instead I approached Renparts and they supplied and fitted a secondhand engine for £1,500 including a new water pump, fluids and all labour. They were excellent to do business with and the engine is still going strong three years later. Very impressed.
