K. M.I just wanted to say a massive thank you to each and every one of the Durham staff. Friendly and helpful they promptly brought my parts and helped me into the car with them.
We tried all ways and a passing delivery driver (for the company, busy himself) stopped and even tried to help, bringing an elasticated tie to try and assist..he made some really helpful suggestions and bless him tried to see if he could fit it in.
Unsuccessful, he took one part in, for me to collect tomorrow and I thanked them all for their time.
Customer service at its finest!! Thank you all!!

T. S.Cheap friendly service. I always order on line and pick up here as discounts are better. Plenty of parking - easy peezy.
l.Usually have only one on the counter so you can have a little wait sometimes, however today they had 2/3 on which was nice

L. N.Pretty friendly, car parking can get filled depending on the time of day. Online orders for collect have always been fine "Usually ring or substitute an item if already paid for" so customer service is great!

K. A.A long wait in the rain to get into the store (30 minutes). Very slow service, only 1 staff member serving. I was there for click and collect, which I thought was a time saver. Not here.
Prices and quality are very good as usual.
