There could be a better system for ordering online and picking up. If they offer payment online for click and collect they can guarantee someone will be picking it up, therefore they can put it aside as soon as the order is in. Instead you have to turn up (currently 1 customer in at a time) and pay for your order, then wait for the person who was at the counter to pick your stuff. When ordering a lot of stuff, this means your waiting time is far longer. There's always tons of folk cutting about the stockroom and they don't seem to help the person on the till. It doesn't seem intuitive to do this. And I say that as a person who's worked in retail for many years, including Argos which runs the same way. We'd be hounded by management for how taking orders quickly! There's been some stuff I've ordered and been told it's ready to pick up, only to be told at the counter that it was only some of the items, and had to return the next day. For everything else, this is a handy place to get your mechanical items. I've bought countless stuff that's sorted my car out after accident on ice, servicing my car and doing work after MOTs. Saves a lot of money compared to garages. But I'll always wait for the online discounts.

Good place to go for car parts instead of going to a garage then they have to order the parts and then wait until the parts arrive then fit it and charge you for the parts and there labour but if you get the parts yourself then go to a garage and ask if they could fit it for you so it's just there labour you'll be paying for..I hope that helps everyone..

Needed a New battery for ma wee honda, it wasn't an exact like for like as i had to fit the battery without the housing that came from the factory, other than that its a very good replacement with a 4yr guarantee.
