D. T.Reasonably easy to find. Designated parking for customers with cars booked in. Very professional greeting and handed over to technician who checked the vehicle to ensure it was the correct windscreen. I was waiting so it was nice to see lots of comfy seats, flash coffee machine and a snack machine. Tech told me it would be around a couple of hours so was very pleased when handed the keys back after about 90mins. Tech gave words of advice on not washing it for a couple of days and trying to dodge severe pot holes etc. So far very happy with the job.

S. H.Having shattered my rear window in a carpark on Friday afternoon, I called our insurers who put me onto Autoglass (when I had paid our excess of £95). Although they cant fully replace the window until Thursday they offered a free temporary weather protection with plastic.
On arrival at 8am Saturday I met Paul who took over and sorted out the cover within half an hour. Paul explained everything and answered various questions clearly and patiently, getting rid of my high stress level.

F. J.Easy to get to, just off M8. However, for a service that requires a two hour wait to replace a windscreen, there is nowhere to wait. I was met by an aggressive employee who didn’t care that I had nowhere to go while my car was repaired. He suggested I get a taxi to Glasgow Fort. Thankfully my son was with me and ordered an Uber. This added £12 onto my visit in taxi fares. I had not been warned prior to my visit that I would not be able to wait. Considering I had a 3 hour journey to get there I was very disappointed at the lack of customer care, good manners and respect. Be prepared to be treated badly if you need to visit.
K. C.Efficient service! 2.5hrs for windscreen replace and calibration. Pleasant wait area with TV and magazines. Offered hot beverage during wait. Very clean toilet area. Accessible. Very friendly staff.. hopefully will not require the service again any time soon, however, would know my car is in the most capable of hands. Thanks team.

I got there early and the manager took me in early as I had to wait for my van, 3 hours later and a wee walk my van was ready with a new screen fitted.

S. K.Had to travel to the Autoglass depot as windscreen has embedded navigation controls. Waiting room closed due to Covid so had to make arrangements to be picked up - this was advised in advance. Otherwise everything was smooth and efficient. Clear instructions, everything done within notified timescales. Staff pleasant and helpful

F.Booked my Mazda6 in with autoglass to get repaired. Due to Mazda being Mazda autoglass had order it from them directly which meant I had to wait a couple of weeks (not autoglass' fault by any means! I know mazdas are bad for not having "off the shelf" parts!!).
I did arrive a few minutes late for my appointment but it wasn't a problem for the guys here. I knew the waiting area would be closed due to covid but I was braced for a long wait mid November. I received a text a few days prior telling me it would be 3 hours for it to be fixed so I was prepared for the long haul. Thankfully the guys had it done within 45 minutes! I was truly grateful for the speed in which they completed the repair! :) The guy i delt with (didn't catch his name sadly) was brilliant, wiped keys down during hand overs, wiped down car interior after they were driving it and managed to prove it was service with a smile even with masks!
All in all I had a great experience with autoglass, especially with the workshop and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
And the English guy I spoke with today deserves a wage increase, he was brilliant!

G. g.Very helpful explained full job. I was a bit worried reading some of the reviews but job done to a high standard and was complete in 3 hours instead of 4 . Only time will tell if job is perfect as it will need to stand up to rain, snow and frost.This is reason for 4 star review but on the positive side it has a lifetime guarantee.👍
D. L.The service I received was 5star technician was polite and explained every thing going to happen to my car . The process is so quick and advice given on dos and don'ts, as I went to the Glasgow branch which was very clean and tidy .I watched a very well run team efficient in what they do.

D. J.Difficult job of replacing heated windscreen with integrated camera completed within agreed timescale to a perfect finish. Good minimum contact process implemented for covid.
K. A.Have SAAB 95 (now out of production) managed to source a new windscreen. Mike the technician worked above and belond the call of duty to line up all the sensors / adapt to the supplied windscreen, all working, great tidy job done. Full marks for the service.
