Amazing customer service. I went today to pick-up a bike and accessories I ordered online for my son's birthday. I had my younger twins in the car, one fell asleep just as I entered the car park and it was pouring outside. I called the shop asking if by any chance they could bring me my order outside... And they did! It honestly made my day as I couldn't face taking the babies out of the car and deal with the outcome 😅 I'll definitely go back to them in the future.

Ordered online and got a text within the hour to say my order was ready, arrived at the store to be greeted by a lady who had a face like a well skelped arse, really not friendly and looked like she would rather be poking her eyes out with a rusty nail then be at her work.

Bought 2 bikes from the Bishopbriggs store and was served by Euan. This boy could not have been more helpful or accommodating. I had to change the day of collection and he allowed us to bring it forward a day knowing how excited my daughter was to get her bike. Normally my daughter is quite shy but Euan treated her as the customer when fitting her bike which made her feel special, he made sure she was totally happy with everything, even when she decided after we left she needed her brakes moved he was more than happy to accommodate. Nothing seemed too much for him. Thanks very much again Euan. I will definitely be back when the children need bigger bikes

I very recently had a new car radio supplied and fitted by the engineer at the Bishopbriggs store. I rerurned a couple of days later as the radio didnt seem to be working properly. I turned out to be that since having it fitted the battery was removed from the car for charging and as a result the radio needed to be reset. the engineer very quickly did this and all was well again. While I was there I mentioned to him that it was a pity that I couldn't have a digital radio installed he very quickly informed me that I could indeed have this and showed me a range. I ordered a replacement and this will be fitted when it arrives. I was very pleased with the service I received and the speed at which I was attended to. Very impressed well done.

Fabulous store, all covid measures in place clean and regular cleaning witnessed. Cant thank Willie enough for making me feel welcomed and for helping me to find the right wipers for my car supply them and fit them he even washed my windscreen and tested my wipers to ensure they worked and cleared my window. He then checked my back wiper and let me know that it was okay rather than just saying I needed a new one to get my money. This is the best Halford I've been in were all the staff act like they want to be there and share your experience. Would highly recommend this store and Willie if you need anything sorted on your car. Thank you

The Staff at Halfords are very helpful. I have used this branch o a number of times and the service has been excellent. I have purchased Bikes from here for all of the Family and some Camping equipment for our holidays. I buy my Bulbs, Oil, Engine treatments and Wipers for my Car here. I am giving 5 stars to Halfords store, Bishopbriggs for their first class service in supplying and fitting a rear wiper to my car. I am giving your call centre in India ZERO stars for their totally useless service! I tried to phone the local Bishopbriggs store directly, as usual, to arrange the supply and fitting of my rear wiper. I was put through to your call centre in India. It was almost impossible to understand the speaker and I had to ask him to repeat information multiple times without fully understanding what he was saying. He then put me on hold with dreadful music. After holding for 10 minutes without any more contact whatsoever I hung up. I redialed, hoping for a better experience. Different man, same language problem. This one sounded even more indifferent and couldn't-care-less than the first one! He even had the gall to lie to me that I was indeed conversing with Halfords, Bishopbriggs! I was put on hold with the same awful music and hung up after 10 minutes of zero contact. I drove straight to Halfords, Bishopbriggs and got my rear wiper supplied and fitted by the great staff in 5 minutes! Sort it out Halfords management. Your customers want to talk to Halfords staff when they phone, not bored Indian call centre staff who couldn't give a damn!

Staff were super helpful and knowledgeable about the car (only need to give them the registration number, they find all the details for type of bulb, etc.). For the price (two beam bulbs £30, including fitting), can't beat it. And they are ever so friendly too.

Easy and open to talk too about anything than just bikes lol i first purchased my mountain bike from here 2 years ago and i come here a lot now to buy accessories or to get anything on the bike replaced that needs fixed. I recently had a broken elbow from falling off my bike from pressing the wrong break because of loss of control from too much speed, so things needed fixed on the bike from the fall. The staff were attentive towards my accident of what happened, they directed me towards new better breaks that would benefit me more for me and my bike in future and assured me of bike safety knowledge also. Really love this wee place. Take your bikes here if needing anything from minor to major fixes. Its worth it in the end to have a sound mind that your bike is in top condition for you to hit the road again haha
