Great company to deal with. After we were unable to move home and having learnt of another increase in energy prices, we felt it was the right time to upgrade some of our windows. Did a great job and excellent value for money.

I used this local care and repair company as they were relatively local and I had a problem with a tilt and turn mechanism on a pvcu window in the house. Their technician, Billy, came when Angela, in the office, said he would come. A good start for any business. I was quoted a price, accepted it, and we made a date to have the work carried out. Billy and a colleague arrived on time, The job was completed in good time, as it was discovered that the fault lay in the lockable handle and not the T &T mechanism. The system was lubricated, a new lockable handle fitted. Job done! The guys charged me a bit less into the bargain. Now that’s a company whose details I will keep a hold of a pass on to friends and neighbours. Well done guys. Jim S

Local Window Care and Repair Ltd has just repaired one of my turn and tilt windows. I hadn't been able to open the window since it broke as I was told it would not close again. Two other window companies had looked at it and said it was not repairable, that it was old and parts were not available and I would need to get a new window. After a free visit and estimate from the Company, a repair man from Local Window Care and Repair Ltd fixed it in less than half an hour, costing around £100 and with a one year guarantee. To me this was a lesson in "if you need something doing, get in an expert in that field." Am very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to recommend Local Window Care and Repair Limited.

Excellent service! The guys came and told us what they could do to replace the brushes on our patio doors. They were punctual and did a great job of stopping the draft coming in so our sitting room is nice and cosy. So happy that our 30 year old aluminimum doors are working well again! Great price too! I am very impressed with this company. Don, in less than 24hrs of my initial query, gave me excellent advice and reassurance that my windows could be repaired and a very competitive quote. All the staff I have dealt with are a credit to the company, from Kelly and Lorraine ,in the office ,to Martin, Andy and Grant, the fitting engineers. The work was completed within the time agreed in spite of the dreadful weather. I was very impressed with how little mess there was considering the number of units needing to be replaced. Thanks to Don and his staff, I can see through my windows again.

5* Service from Grant. had an issue with our window which wouldn't close. Grant was here within an hour of making the call he was amazing fixed the issue in minutes, knew exactly what the problem was and told me how to resolve it if it happened in future before it would get so bad! He also sorted a part which had fallen off the downstairs window too in minutes. will be keeping the number for next year when we are replacing our patio doors and highly recommending to anyone needing any work done with their windows. An honest friendly reliable tradesman who knows exactly what needs done is hard to come by but Grant was outstanding and I'm so Glad I called Window care and repair. thanks again, even my dogs where happy with him :-)
