I was referred to Andy and his team by a friend who has purchased several Range Rover Sports over the years from them. When I said I was looking for a Range Rover Sport SVR my friend said look no further than Andy he will look after you, his words couldn't have been truer.
I went to Andy with quite a specific list of requirements, I wasn't in a rush, so I was happy to wait for the perfect fit.
Andy kept in touch with updates on the progress and within 2 months had found the vehicle which ticked all the boxes.
With Covid travel restriction I did not want to attend the show room however Jak was fantastic she sent a number of videos to me of the car getting prepped for delivery and a walk through guide on how to use/ setup each of the features within the car, while kindly setting up some of the features she knew would be useful.
Jak worked with the finance broker to ensure everything went through smoothly, all documentation signed online, the InControl app was all configured ahead of the car being sent to me. Everything was taken care of.
The turnaround time from the funds clearing to the car arriving via transporter, on my doorstep 150 miles away was less than 24 hours.
The young chap, who I didn't get his name, that delivered the car was also brilliant, very polite, very informative and genuinely finished off what was a seamless service.
I've taken the car for a test run and couldn't be happier.

My wife and I have just picked up our new 22 plate Discovery R-Dynamic and could not have been happier with our service from Land Rover Glasgow North.
We’ve had to wait a while since first visiting the showroom and discussing options but we knew that from the offset and our expectations on delivery timescales were managed & we were kept updated along the way.
Rachael, Jak & Mark worked as a team to review options with us on pricing and spec. They gave us two test drives of a Velar and Discovery before our cashing which really helped make our minds up. They were patient and honest and I’d recommend asking for them if you visit the branch!!

I had my car delivered. Logistics of sorting this was great. However once it arrived I never heard from the dealership to ensure I was happy. Luckily I have had landrovers before. Would have been nice to have a call/zoom to go through all the features of the car with someone.
Also I never received any of the service paperwork/ MOT paperwork, or the history of all this about this car. I have received this in the past with other landrovers, in the official leather bound books. Is this something that could be sent to me as a record for if I sell the car in the future and for my own reference. Reg- SG17 ZZS.

Following some issues that arose with our Land Rover servicing at Land Rover Glasgow North, they were elevated to the Head of Business. All of the issues were thoroughly investigated by him and the causes identified. Throughout the investigations which took some time to complete to his, and my, satisfaction, I was given regular email and telephone updates and he has initiated a number of actions which should ensure that the problems experienced are not going to recur.
Things do go wrong from time to time and it is the way that they are handled that gives you confidence that it is a good idea to continue to use that firm or organisation. I was sufficiently impressed by the response that I put my vehicle back to Taggarts for a routine service yesterday. Excellent pick up and delivery of the vehicle from my home and email and telephone updates were provided. In addition to the routine service work, an intermittent fault that I had reported was investigated and identified. A new part was ordered and will be fitted under warranty.

Range Rover velar required First MOT . Thinking that supplier (Taggarts north) would busyi went to Halfords Auto foe MOT . Anyway ,it got messed up and failed due to ECU light been on for a software update ...R/R Velar had been driving perfectly . When I got the car back home called Land rover assistance . Gordon of LRA arrived at home within a few hours diagnosed showed sticking selector due to software update being required , report was sent to Supplier Taggarts north Mary hill road . Sharon at reception booked Velar in Friday. Car was sorted Monday . Service was excellent , problem solved . Drama over thanks to Sharon and excellent service personnel providing excellent service back on the road driving great .. all thanks to people who know their job and are great at helping me out of a distressing situation .Lesson learned if you have. It's when something goes wrong that you see how good the customer service really is. I can't comment on the other reviews but having had my car recovered by the AA to Taggarts as the closest dealer to where I was staying, the initial service was great. So far so good. A few days later on the M6 and just south of Preston, the 'repaired' DPF fault reoccurred and the engine again kicked into 'limp mode'. Not so great!!! Having been recovered twice in the same week, with exactly the same fault, I let them know my thoughts via e-mail and almost immediately, I was taking a call from the service manager who was brilliant. He listened, reassured me he'd investigate and get back to me early the next day. My experience of main dealers isn't great so I expected to chase out of principle later in the week. He rang back when he said, with all of the details and acknowledged it should have been fixed but something had been missed. It was the honesty, immediate problem ownership and the empathy shown from my first contact that has earnt them 5 stars from what could have been a 1 star review.

The booking experience wasn't great as I had to call 3 times to speak to an advisor and get my car booked in. This included waiting on a call-back that never happened (so I had to chase). When I collected my car there was no paperwork to confirm what work had been completed or a health report on brakes/tyres etc - which I totally understand given the current pandemic situation. I expected therefore that it would be emailed to me - which never happened. I have been meaning to call the dealership again to query this as I would like some output but this survey alludes to the fact that I should have received an email with video; which I certainly haven't received.
