Just had my rear window replaced by technician David. Gave me a call 20mins before arriving. Friendly, polite, explained everything to me. Don't even think he was here 90mins and the job was done. Was even amazed to find my car hoovered of glass. Incredible service. Thank you guys

Poped into premier windscreens today 15 1 2020,spoke to mark the day before and made an appointment for the next day,on arrival the lady in reception made me a coffee and I was taken right away,mark and the other lad were nothing short of brilliant, very understanding and very helpful, it was a pleasure to be there and they replaced the windscreen very quickly and a great job done just wanted to say thanks ,would recommend premier ,thanks once again, Mr Oconnor

i called premier windscreens as my windscreen developed a crack they were brilliant to deal with , very efficient and extremely fast , they had a fitter at my door within an hour of my call . the windscreen was changed and everything was left clean and tidy EXCELLENT SERVICE !!!

Excellent professional and with the emphasis on customer DELIGHT rather than just customer sercice. I needed the windscreen replaced on my car and was having serious issues with the insurance company getting authorisation. Mark and Gillian at the Glasgow depot were nothing but helpful and went out of their way to make sure that I got the assistance I needed. On the day of the repair the 're hnicians sent out, Liam and Ronan were equally impressive and arrived bang on when they said they would and fitted the window in exactly the time they said they would. They were very friendly and did a professional and very tidy job. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Premier Windscreens Glasgow.

I had barry from premier windscreens out to replace my window. Service was absolutely outstanding and put me at ease from the first phone call. Was called 20 mins prior to him being at my home and once finished he cleaned all my dashboard etc before finishing up. Can’t thank him enough and an absolute asset to the company. Premier were contracted by Autoglass to replace my windscreen. The mobile technician, Barry, did an excellent job. He was extremely polite and friendly, giving good notice of when he was due to arrive and when he was finished. The car dash was left clean and windscreen has functioned perfectly. I'd be very happy to use this company again.
