After dropping and breaking my living room mirror, I spoke to Luke who fixed it very quickly and effectively with no problems. Will definitely be back in the future 🥰 …

We had a broken back door lock (multi point) so I called a locksmith - he charged £75 for 20 minutes onsite and recommended a £800 new door as the lock could not be fixed. I called RedKite and spoke to Luke – he said bring the old lock fitting up and I’ll find a replacement. Luke found a replacement and it cost about £70 and it took me 15 minute to fit on the original door. Works perfectly. Top Man !

Credit where credit is due. I had no problem with communication when getting a quote and making slight changes to my order with very prompt clear and concise replies via email. The fitters Mitch & Dean were excellent, a couple of really nice guys who were extremely conscientious and courteous and did a first class job. They were both very tidy workers who always cleaned up at the end of each day and I’ve never seen such a clean, tidy and organised works van either which demonstrates how particular they are. I was really pleased with the work they did and would certainly recommend Redkite. My only regret is I haven’t used them before as I have had problems with the quality of the product/workmanship from another supplier in Newtown.
