D. H. (.I had the unfortunate need to have my windscreen replaced, and I needed it done urgently as i had booked an MOT for the Monday. A small chip suddenly turned into a crack across the entire screen!
Website showed poor availability nearby in Bristol so called up, bit of a wait on the phone but then a really great experience from then onwards.
Booked into Gloucester - pre advised of all COVID regulations which were well carried out. The chap called me on the next day to ask if I could come down earlier- this worked great for me! Arrived just after 1pm and the car was ready to drive away at 2pm.
I had a dash cam fitted to my window and he was even able to use a replacement pad and re-attach it for me.
