Ordered item online. Chose to Collect at 10 o'clock as I thought it may be quieter. Good choice (only Customer in the Shop). Assistant was helpful and the Collection and a Return I was making were dealt with in a matter of minutes. As a bonus I received a free tub of Screenwash which was a promotion on the day.

It's a strange shop. Just don't feel welcome. And a sign on the door stating face masks are compulsory, but the four other customers, and the two staff, didn't have theirs on. But, they had the stock that I needed, so...

Excellent for getting pretty much anything you will ever need for fixing and servicing your car. Usually the cheapest supplier aswell, we use them all the time. Only downside is parking can be a bit hit or miss, and you have to queue outside as the shop is quite small, but that is due to covid restrictions and not their fault. Highly recommend this place to get all your car parts

Availability of parts and phone interaction excellent. However only 1 person running and processing the shopfloor business. This was also the only visible member of the team moving with any sense of urgency. The result was a very long wait. Once I was at the head of the queue the service was excellent. All in all I am left hoping I will not need to go again.I suspect that they are struggling with the covid restrictions.

Worth checking out. The website is user friendly, you just reserve online and pay at the store. Once your purchase is ready they'll call and text you that it can be picked up which I thought was helpful.

Use them all the time! Usually have to buy it online with the discount codes and do click and collect to get the best prices. Its a shame they don't have the power to offer there online prices as it may end up being another victim of its own success with all the vanishing retailer shops

Always make sure you check for discount codes online. I sometimes order in the shop on my phone and pick up. Can take a few minutes, but you can get super discounts. If you can't be bothered to do this, just ask for a lower price, it has never failed me.

Good customer service. To make sure that you get the correct part, take brake disc measurements or bring in an old pad with you. Friendly staff in a tough trade. Usually have what you want in stock if you are able to get a bit of your own preparation done in advance, which applies to all car parts companies.

Lovely people, I did click and collect for a battery with a discount code online. When picking it up they offered me a similar battery for cheaper which saved me another £10.

So I had a horrific experience and left a one start review. The area manager called me and spoke to me about it which partially turned the experience around for me but I vowed never to return to this branch..... recently I was forced to as I desperately needed a part and GSF was shut. When I turned up the guy behind he counter who was part of my previous rant went above and beyond to help me. The part I ordered was £17 and he knew on the shelf in branch is was only £12. He cancelled my online reservation and gave it to me at the branch price (I would have been none the wiser). He never seems to smile but he is super efficient and I couldn’t fault him. Would have been a 5 start if it wasn’t for the miserable manager I dealt with last time.

A pleasure to deal with Euro Car Parts again. Seems to me that Euro have had a shake up since Gareth over sees the depot. Jordan has returned which makes ordering parts and dealimg with quotes a breeze. Gareth, Jordan and Craig are are the making of the Gloucester branch. I use them on a daily basis now without any hiccups. If any problems do occur they will rectify it at a fast pace. A please doing business with Euro Car Parts.
