G.After a terrible mix up as the enginer was ment to do a home call for a chipped screen repair The call centre staff really were at fault I waited two weeks after the call staff were totally unhelpful,and quite frankly clueless! However the Autoglass staff were very organized,friendly and did a good job! Such a shame the call center staff let this service down I have never used this service before,my Insurance Company were appalled when i notified them

s. w.had a chip on my windscreen and needed it fixing now its getting to winter, made an appointment quick and easy, reasonably priced too! the person coming to fix my windscreen called in advance, he also sent me a text to let me know how far out he was, he explained everything clearly and did an amazing job, he was also so friendly and easy to talk to that I forgot he was here to fix my car, I have social anxiety so normally I'd feel distressed in this situation but he was brilliant, did an amazing job, so happy and couldn't be more thankful! I hope I never need to use them again but I know if something happens to my windscreen again that autoglass is a great place to go, if every member of staff is like the guy who helped me today then amazing! (thank you Tristan!)
d. d.Fast friendly service, staff always happy to explain what's going on. Taken two cars from my fleet and unfortunately wrong screens but the staff explained the issues and got them rebooked within a few days. Work is very professional and carried out to a high standard. Not had any problems after having work done either everything 100% spot on.

A.After arriving to refit my windscreen on the first appointment they realised that the rubber needed hadn't been ordered so was booked in for two days later. The service was excellent and as expected with very polite and knowledgeable staff even trying to flog me new wipers for the third time of asking.
