I was about ten minutes late due to heavy traffic, I did message ahead that I would be delayed.
Chris the fitter, was understanding, personable and courteous. I left my car and was later messaged it was ready to drive away. Instruction was given on not washing it for twenty four hours.
Excellent service and customer care, Chris even transferred my Colchester Zoo sticker to my new windscreen! Above and beyond I believe the phrase is! I would highly recommend this firm at Martlesham.
