It was very easy to book an appointment. The work was carried out within 2 days. I was met on arrival. Shown to parking space, further details taken and given timescale of work. The work was completed in exactly the 2hr time frame and I received a call to confirm. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff, said I could wait in their waiting room or pointed me in the direction of a nice Gregg’s which is 1 minute walk away where it would be more comfortable to sit and have a coffee while waiting. Job done faster than expected and work was perfect. Thoroughly recommend using them.

Had my windscreen replaced today and couldn't be happier with the service. The staff were very accommodating when I arrived early, took care to ensure my car was protected during the replacement both inside and out. Ready much quicker than expected and the staff that assisted me, Clive and Ian couldn't have been more helpful. Would absolutely recommend this company.

From start to finish I was very impressed by the communication and knowledge they had about my vehicle (Nissan 350Z). During the fitting procedure I was kept informed and updated with progress. A big thanks to Ian who worked on the car, and even went above and beyond by replacing missing fixings. Car actually came away looking better than when I dropped it off. Ian repaird my windscreen today, very quick and easy, done a fabulous job, great customer service and really he was a lovely man, thankyou Ian, credit to the company!

Faultless service by Autoglass in contrast to a horrendous service by National Windscreens Ipswich. I’d booked a replacement windscreen with the other company over 2 months ago but mid December was the earliest they could do the job at their depot in Ipswich. After waiting 2 hours for the job to be done they rang and told me the new screen was damaged! They rescheduled for a week later but never showed up despite 3 assurances they were on their way. I ditched that company and went onto Auto Glass website and booked the appointment there and then for the next week at my home. The booking process was seamless and I received timely notifications of when to expect the fitter including a telephone call from him when he was on his way. The fitter was friendly and clearly knew his trade well and if I could review the fitter he’d get 5 stars from me too!

Excellent and quick service with helpful tips. Very pleased in the organisation aspect as I had to be cancelled twice. First time due to illness. Second to bad weather. But thankfully they managed to squeeze me in the day after at very short notice. Which I was much appreciated by. Definitely would recommend these guys to go any glass and body repairs. They do know their stuff.

Attended Autoglass Ipswich for a windscreen replacement due to a crack in the bad snow we had. Team were fantastic and had my car in and out within a couple of hours. Brilliant service!

The people were really polite but my bonnet, wing & badge had a lot of black resin all over it. Took about an hour to remove. Should have taken it back but it was 4 days before Christmas & didn't have time to take back.
