David replaced a sealed glazed unit for one with a cat flap. He was very quick to respond and came out to measure up and sent a quote through all in the same day. The unit was installed within a few weeks and I am very pleased with the quality of his work. He is very professional, clean and tidy and I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again or recommend him.

Dave was the first person to contact me from check a trade and he was by far the most professional tradesmen I got a quote from. Within 3 days he had been to measure my window and in less then 4 weeks the cat flap had been fitted. Was a slightly awkward job as I wanted it fitted in the window ready for a catio to be built but was very minimal effort on my part as Dave arranged for the cat flap to come already fitted in the glass and he made sure it met all the specifications for a new built property. Would highly recommend and worth every penny!

Contacted David on a Thursday concerning an external french door that had failed in the locked position. He was very busy but said he would try to fit us in as soon as he could, which turned out to be the very next day. When he arrived he took one look at the door and commented "It's an SEH, I can do that". His experience was exceptional. He knew exactly what to do to pop the door open, with minimal damage. Not only that he had all the necessary tools and parts on his van, he replaced the broken gearbox, serviced the sliders, adjusted the hinges and even offered to fit new door handles to replace the old tarnished ones. Really pleasant guy, very friendly and easy to deal with. If only all trades people were like this.

We have had problems with a sticking alum. patio door, I contacted David who came the same day, identified the problem as shot bearings in the rollers, and replaced them on the spot ! Very impressed.
