I went along to Euro Car Parts to return an item I had ordered by accident. I have never visited before. I had ordered from Halfords online and item was sent from Euro Car Parts, I needed to return to Halfords. Ooops! The member of staff who served me was really helpful.

Click and collect items yesterday, collected today but after paying had to wait outside for items, Ok it's not raining today but would hate to be there on a day it is! Click and collect is a joke, more like click and wait while we find your items

Overall good experiences here. Prices are some of the best value. I did have one time that I had to exchange an item 3 times to get the right part for my car, but each time the staff were happy to refund me the difference / change the part. They do seem to struggle a bit when it gets busy in the shop as there is often only one person serving. At times like these I'd usually just come back another time

Good service, great prices.. Quick and easy whilst in lockdown. Do not have to wait too for click and collect or arriving at store to purchase on the day. 2 people only at any one time in store. Well organised and felt safe.. Everyone in instore followed Goverment Guides. Collect click and collect purchase outside at warehouse entrance.

Order online to get the latest discount and then either collect in store or have it delivered. Rarely beaten on price or quality of parts. Can be a long wait in the shop at times which is the only reason for 4 stars. Staff are usually very helpful and generally knowledgeable on popular vehicles e.g. Ford Focus VW golf etc.

More often the cheapest part supplier in Ipswich...but only if you can find a decent discount code... DONT rely on the on site discount code or honey to give you the best deal....in fact Honey gave me worse discounts than a quick Google search every time... The Staff here are helpfull if you can't find the correct part.

The Polish guy on the counter (wish I could remember his name! ) goes out of his way to help. Some of the other guys behind the counter are a bit stale in comparison. Of you get there early you'll be treated to lots of bad and fruit language whilst they get their vans loaded for the day... Leave your kids in the car.
